Bu yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n g\u00fcncel maliyeti 60 Milyon TL\u201d dedi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Kahramanmara\u015f B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Hayrettin G\u00fcng\u00f6r, \u015fehrin yeni geli\u015fim b\u00f6lgesi \u00d6nsen, Kurtlar ve Ye\u015filyurt mahallelerini kapsayan i\u00e7mesuyu altyap\u0131s\u0131 yenileme projesinde incelemelerde bulundu. KASK\u0130 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Ahmet Kavak ile B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Meclis \u00dcyesi Ramazan Kibar\u2019\u0131n da yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 incelemelerde Ba\u015fkan G\u00fcng\u00f6r, b\u00f6lgede y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ili\u015fkin son bilgileri ald\u0131. Saha ziyareti sonras\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulunan Ba\u015fkan G\u00fcng\u00f6r, \u201c\u00d6nsen ve civar\u0131, \u015fehrimizin yeni yerle\u015fim alan\u0131. Bu alanda 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda bir imar plan\u0131 haz\u0131rlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. A\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 2 kat olmak \u00fczere 5 kat s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131yla, sosyal donat\u0131 alanlar\u0131 son derece fazla bir imar plan\u0131 olu\u015fturduk. Ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z b\u00fcy\u00fck afet sonras\u0131nda da depremzedeler i\u00e7in olu\u015fturulan konutlar\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131 da bu alanda yap\u0131l\u0131yor\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>60 Milyon TL\u2019lik Yat\u0131r\u0131m<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>B\u00f6lgede y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen altyap\u0131 yenileme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla \u00d6nsen, Kurtlar ve Ye\u015filyurt mahallelerinin i\u00e7mesuyu probleminin uzun s\u00fcreli\u011fine \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme kavu\u015faca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten G\u00fcng\u00f6r, \u201c\u00d6nsen b\u00f6lgesindeki mahallelerimizde belde belediyesi taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan i\u00e7mesuyu altyap\u0131s\u0131 mevcuttu. Bu da zaman i\u00e7erisinden ciddi sorunlar \u00e7\u0131karmaya ba\u015flad\u0131 ve geldi\u011fimiz noktada bunun de\u011fi\u015fmesi gerekti. \u00d6nsen b\u00f6lgemizin i\u00e7mesuyu altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n komple de\u011fi\u015ftiriyoruz. 82 kilometre i\u00e7mesuyu hatt\u0131 ve 5 adet de i\u00e7mesuyu deposu in\u015fa ediyoruz. Geldi\u011fimiz noktada \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n y\u00fczde 70\u2019i tamamlanm\u0131\u015f durumda. En ge\u00e7 Ekim ay\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar tamamlanarak b\u00f6lgemizin i\u00e7mesuyu altyap\u0131s\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fmi\u015f olacak. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z 3 mahallemizi kaps\u0131yor; \u00d6nsen, Kurtlar ve Ye\u015filyurt. 3 mahallemizin i\u00e7mesuyu problemini in\u015fallah uzun s\u00fcreli\u011fine \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme kavu\u015fturaca\u011f\u0131z. Bu yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n g\u00fcncel maliyeti de 60 Milyon TL. B\u00f6lgemiz i\u00e7in son derece \u00f6nemli bir yat\u0131r\u0131m.
