Kuzey \u0130l\u00e7eleri Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019nca \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen noktalardan birisi de Elbistan\u2019da il\u00e7e merkezinin en i\u015flek arterlerinden Ahmet Karacabey Caddesi oldu. Ticaret merkezlerinin yo\u011fun olarak konumland\u0131\u011f\u0131, insan sirk\u00fclasyonunun fazla oldu\u011fu ve sosyal donat\u0131 alanlar\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131m sa\u011flayan Ahmet Karacabey Caddesi\u2019nde deforme olan k\u0131s\u0131mlar s\u0131cak asfaltla yenileniyor.
