1997 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan ve tecr\u00fcbe ve deneyimle \u00dclke genelinde Konteyner ve Prefabrik Yap\u0131 hizmeti veren Pi\u015fkin \u00c7elik, Elbistan Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgesinde kurdu\u011fu Dev Tesiste Konteyner ve Prefabrik Yap\u0131 \u00fcretiyor.<\/strong><\/p>\n B\u00f6lgenin en kapsaml\u0131 Konteyner ve Prefabrik Yap\u0131 \u00fcreticisi Pi\u015fkin \u00c7elik, Deprem sonras\u0131 vatanda\u015flar\u0131n sipari\u015flerine yeti\u015febilmek i\u00e7in seri \u00fcretime ge\u00e7ti.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Af\u015fin Haber Merkezine konu\u015fan Pi\u015fkin \u00c7elik sahibi Tamer Pi\u015fkin,\u00a01997\u2019de kurulmu\u015f bir \u0130stanbul firmas\u0131y\u0131z. Ya\u015fanan deprem sebebiyle Elbistan\u2019a gelerek hem\u015ferilerimize destek olmak, konteyner ve prefabrik evleri yap\u0131p yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmak istedik. Pi\u015fkin \u00c7elik\u2019i y\u0131l 1997\u2019de \u0130stanbul\u2019da Haramidere Sanayi Sitesinde kurduk, daha sonra b\u00fcy\u00fcyerek 100 metrekare at\u00f6lyeden 500 metrekare at\u00f6lyeye kadar geldik. Orada da kabu\u011fumuza s\u0131\u011fmayarak 5 y\u0131l \u00f6nce Elbistan\u2019da Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde yat\u0131r\u0131ma ba\u015flad\u0131k. \u015eu an alt\u0131 bin metrekare alanday\u0131z, \u00fc\u00e7 bin metre kapal\u0131 alan olacak. Burada sanayi hizmetleri, depremden kaynakl\u0131 olarak konteyner evler, \u00e7elik evler gibi bu tarz imalatlar yapaca\u011f\u0131z burada. Elimizden ne geliyorsa hem\u015fehrilerimize faydal\u0131 olmak amac\u0131yla bu \u015fekilde hizmetler verece\u011fiz dedi.<\/strong><\/p>\n Konteynerlerin \u00f6zellikleri, bizim kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z profiller et kal\u0131p profillerden olu\u015fuyor. 80\u2019e 80 gibi 40\u2019a 60 ve 40\u2019a 80 gibi dolu malzemelerden kullan\u0131p yeni \u00fcretime boardex dedi\u011fimiz bir malzeme ile ba\u015flad\u0131k. \u015eu an panel de yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00fcr\u00fcn var ama ya\u015fam alan\u0131 kaliteli olsun, insanlar \u00fcz\u00fclmesin, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde yap\u0131lan konteyner imalatlar\u0131nda ki gibi, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc akmalar var panellerde \u00e7at\u0131da akma olmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in bu tarz imalatlara ba\u015flad\u0131k diyen Tamer Pi\u015fkin, \u0130nsanlar deprem g\u00f6rerek yoruldu\u011fu i\u00e7in, ekonomik s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc i\u015fin i\u00e7inde ciddi bir mebla\u011f var uzun \u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc \u00fcretimler yap\u0131yoruz, on y\u0131l yirmi y\u0131l ne kadar isterlerse kullans\u0131nlar. Depremi baz alacak olursak bizden alakas\u0131z olarak panel fiyatlar\u0131nda, demir fiyatlar\u0131nda g\u00fcn\u00fcbirlik fiyat art\u0131\u015f\u0131 var. Bu sekt\u00f6re ilk ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda fiyatlar ciddi manada ucuzdu fakat \u015fu an tam tersi derecede ve bundan biz de rahats\u0131z\u0131z. Devletimiz de bizlere yard\u0131mc\u0131 olsa bizde ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde ekonomik anlamda insanlara yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmu\u015f oluruz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc firman\u0131n kazanc\u0131 sabit yani biz 100\u2019e de yapsak sabit 80\u2019e de yapsak firman\u0131n kazanc\u0131 sabit.
