Allah rahmet eylesin \u00e7ok \u00fczg\u00fcn\u00fcm her biri i\u00e7in bir \u015feyler yazmak isterdim. Ama yazamad\u0131m. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Hayat devam edecek ama eskisi gibi olmayacak. Bilindi\u011fi gibi n\u00fcfusumuzun %85\u2019i birinci derece deprem ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131nda ya\u015f\u0131yor. Hal b\u00f6yleyken beklentimiz depremin olmamas\u0131 \u015feklinde olamaz. Zira \u0130stanbul olur, \u0130zmir olur ve yahut Elaz\u0131\u011f olur. Otalama 10 y\u0131lda bir y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 deprem ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r. Milad\u0131n ilk y\u0131llar\u0131nda, 500\u2019l\u00fc y\u0131llarda, 1114\u2019te ve 1513 y\u0131l\u0131nda olan Mara\u015f depremlerinde Suriye\u2019ye kadar b\u00f6lge y\u0131k\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130kinci depremde de kuzey il\u00e7elerini kalbinden vurdu 7,6 belkide ilk defa bir ilin tamam\u0131 y\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131. Burada bence \u015fimdi de\u011filse ne zaman diyerek normalde de bir il potansiyeli olan Elbistan\u2019\u0131n il yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekirdi. D\u00fczce \u00f6rne\u011finde oldu\u011fu gibi yaralar\u0131 \u00e7abuk sarmak, istihdam\u0131 korumak ve g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fc azaltmak i\u00e7in. Efendim ya\u011fmur \u00e7ok ya\u011fd\u0131, deprem \u00e7ok \u015fiddetliydi gibi bahaneler ge\u00e7mi\u015fte oldu\u011fu gibi ileride de bunlar\u0131n aynen ya\u015fanaca\u011f\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelir. Ancak bu felaketlerden ders al\u0131p \u00f6devi yaparsak rahat ederiz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ders \u00f6\u011frenene kadar devam eder. Her b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fckte depreme dayan\u0131kl\u0131 yap\u0131 yapmak bu devirde teknolojik olarak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Akarsu yataklar\u0131n\u0131 yerle\u015fime kaparak ve bodrum katlar\u0131nda insan ya\u015fanmas\u0131na m\u00fcsaade etmeyerek selin de felakete d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi engellenebilir. Biliyoruz ki, her do\u011fa olay\u0131 ancak tedbirsizlik sonucu afete d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr. \u00dclkemizin bir deprem \u00fclkesi oldu\u011funu kabul edip, Japonya bu i\u015fi nas\u0131l \u00e7\u00f6zd\u00fcyse biz de \u00e7\u00f6zmeliyiz. Bu irade ortaya konularak uzun vadede en az kay\u0131pla bu deprem afetinden kurtulaca\u011f\u0131z.
