Millet egemenli\u011finin kendisi olan bu b\u00fcy\u00fck zafer b\u00fcy\u00fck m\u00fccadele \u00f6rnekleri sergilenerek elde edilmi\u015ftir. \u0130\u015fgal edilen \u00fclkeyi d\u00fc\u015fmandan kurtarmak i\u00e7in canlar\u0131n\u0131 siper eden vatan evlatlar\u0131n\u0131n zaferidir. Bu u\u011furda hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybeden ve \u015fehadet \u015ferbeti i\u00e7en t\u00fcm \u015fehitlerimizi sayg\u0131 ve rahmetle an\u0131yorum. Birlik ve beraberli\u011fin ve azmin zaferi olan b\u00fcy\u00fck m\u00fccadelenin bizi bu g\u00fcnlere getirdi\u011finin fark\u0131nda olup, bizlere b\u0131rak\u0131lan miras\u0131 da daha ileriye ta\u015f\u0131man\u0131n gayreti i\u00e7inde olaca\u011f\u0131z. Bu duygu ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerle; bizlere bu topraklar\u0131 ebedi yurt k\u0131lan ba\u015fta Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atat\u00fcrk olmak \u00fczere b\u00fct\u00fcn silah arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131, kahramanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ve aziz \u015fehitlerimizi bir kez daha rahmet, minnet ve \u015f\u00fckranla an\u0131yorum.
