Bu durumda yap\u0131lacak tevhitlerde\u037e arta kalan parseller alan\u0131, art\u0131k parseller olu\u015fmayacak \u015fekilde ve 1000 m\u00b2 parsel b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fcklerinden k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck olamaz\u201d \u015feklinde h\u00fck\u00fcm bulunuyordu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00d6zellikle otopark alan\u0131 ve kat y\u00fcksekli\u011fi noktas\u0131nda in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn h\u0131zlanmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla bu h\u00fck\u00fcm, \u201c1.5.Geli\u015fme b\u00f6lgesi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan alanlarda ada baz\u0131nda uygulama yap\u0131lamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumlarda ise ada i\u00e7erisinde en az 1000 m\u00b2 parsel b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde, katlar alan\u0131 kat say\u0131s\u0131 ile elde edilen toplam yap\u0131 in\u015faat alan\u0131 ayn\u0131 kalmak ko\u015fuluyla A\u00ad2, A\u00ad3, A\u00ad4 ve kat y\u00fcksekli\u011fi bulunan konut ve T\u0130CK (ticaret+konut) parsellerinde 2 kat, A\u00ad5 konut ve T\u0130CK (ticaret+konut) parsellerinde 1 kat (en y\u00fcksek kat y\u00fcksekli\u011fine) ilave edilerek uygulama yap\u0131labilir. Bu durumlarda yap\u0131lacak tevhitlerde\u037e arta kalan parsel(ler) alan\u0131, art\u0131k parseller olu\u015fmayacak \u015fekilde ve 1000 m\u00b2 parsel b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fcklerinden k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck olamaz\u201d \u015feklinde de\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015f oldu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Bu de\u011fi\u015fiklik, \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki g\u00fcnlerde ask\u0131ya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lacak. Elbistan\u2019\u0131m\u0131z uzun s\u00fcredir bu imar d\u00fczenlemesini bekliyordu. Bu de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fin en \u00f6nemli avantaj\u0131; ayr\u0131k nizam yap\u0131la\u015fmalarda 2 kat art\u0131\u015f sa\u011flanmas\u0131 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.
