Dr. Ekrem Aksu, Yaz s\u0131caklar\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu d\u00f6nemde kalp rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 gerekli \u00f6nlemlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131 konusunda uyard\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Kahramanmara\u015f\u2019ta artan hava s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n kalp krizi, kalp yetmezli\u011fi ve ritim bozuklu\u011fu gibi bir\u00e7ok kalp hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tetikleyebilece\u011fine vurgu yapan KS\u00dc T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi Kardiyoloji Anabilim Dal\u0131 Dr. \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Do\u00e7. Ayr\u0131ca s\u0131cak hava damarlar\u0131m\u0131zda geni\u015flemeye neden olmaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcm bu nedenler kan b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde azalmaya ve kalbin i\u015f y\u00fck\u00fcnde de artmaya neden olmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle de kalp damarlar\u0131nda s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 olanlarda ve kalp yetmezli\u011fi olanlarda bu etkiler daha belirgin hale gelmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca biliyoruz ki a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 s\u0131cak havalar ve y\u00fcksek nemli durumlarda kalp krizi riski de artmaktad\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Bunalt\u0131c\u0131 S\u0131caklar\u0131n Oldu\u011fu G\u00fcnlerde G\u00fcnde 1-2 Kez Il\u0131k Du\u015f Almalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00d6neriyoruz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Do\u00e7. Dr. Ekrem Aksu, hava s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilgili konu\u015fmas\u0131nda \u015fu ifadelere yer verdi: \u201cS\u0131cak havalarda dikkat edece\u011fimiz baz\u0131 hususlar s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011fa ba\u011fl\u0131 riskleri olduk\u00e7a azaltabilmektedir. \u00d6zellikle g\u00fcnl\u00fck s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00e7ok artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 saat 10.00 ile 16.00 aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda g\u00fcne\u015fli alanlara \u00e7\u0131kmamalar\u0131n\u0131, \u00e7\u0131kmalar\u0131 durumunda kendilerini g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131klar\u0131ndan muhafaza etmelerini, a\u00e7\u0131k renkli k\u0131yafet tercih etmelerini, g\u00fcnde ortalama 2-2.5 litre su t\u00fcketmelerini, mevsime \u00f6zel meyve ve sebzelerden g\u00fcnde 3-4 porsiyon olacak \u015fekilde t\u00fcketmelerini, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ya\u011fl\u0131 ve a\u011f\u0131r yemeklerden ka\u00e7\u0131nmalar\u0131n\u0131, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 alkol t\u00fcketiminden ka\u00e7\u0131nmalar\u0131n\u0131 hatta a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 s\u0131caklarda alkol t\u00fcketiminden uzak durmalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neriyoruz. Bunalt\u0131c\u0131 s\u0131caklar\u0131n oldu\u011fu g\u00fcnlerde g\u00fcnde 1-2 kez \u0131l\u0131k du\u015f almalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neriyoruz. \u00d6zellikle klima kullan\u0131m\u0131 konusunda uyarmak isterim. Klimal\u0131 ortamlarda ortam s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyelere d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmemelerini, m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca 25 derecenin \u00fczerinde olmas\u0131n\u0131 ve klima havaland\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131n direk v\u00fccutlar\u0131na vurmamas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neriyoruz. Kalp hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve hipertansiyon hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olanlarda yaz d\u00f6nemine girmeden \u00f6nce doktorlar\u0131n\u0131n kontrollerinden ge\u00e7melerini ve tedavilerinin g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilmesinin sa\u011flamalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6zellikle \u00f6neriyoruz.\u201d ifadesini kulland\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Do\u00e7.
