Uluslararas\u0131 Sosyal Bilimler Kongresi (INCSOS) T\u00fcrkiye B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisi (TBMM) Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Mustafa \u015eentop ve Azerbaycan Cumhuriyeti Mill\u00ee Meclisi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Sahibe Gafarova\u2019n\u0131n himayelerinde Azerbaycan\u2019\u0131n ba\u015fkenti Bak\u00fc\u2019de ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Karaba\u011f\u2019\u0131n i\u015fgalden kurtar\u0131lmas\u0131 ve Hocal\u0131 katliam\u0131 gibi konular\u0131 merkeze alan 2-4 Haziran 2022 tarihleri aras\u0131nda Uluslararas\u0131 Balkan \u00dcniversitesi (Makedonya) ve Azerbaycan ADA \u00dcniversitesi i\u015f birli\u011fiyle d\u00fczenlenen kongrenin kapan\u0131\u015f oturumu \u00fcniversite rekt\u00f6rlerinin kat\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131yla Azerbaycan\u2019\u0131n Karaba\u011f b\u00f6lgesinde yer alan tarihi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00f6neme sahip \u015eu\u015fa kentinde yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>VII Uluslararas\u0131 Sosyal Bilimler Kongresi kapan\u0131\u015f oturumuna Y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan Vekili Prof. Dr. Rahmi Er, Y\u00d6K Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Prof. Dr. M. \u0130. Safa Kap\u0131c\u0131o\u011flu, Kahramanmara\u015f S\u00fct\u00e7\u00fc \u0130mam \u00dcniversitesi Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Niyazi Can, Uluslararas\u0131 Balkan \u00dcniversitesi Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Mehmet Dursun Erdem, Azerbaycan ADA \u00dcniversitesi Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Haf\u0131z Pa\u015fayev ile T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den 35 ve Azerbaycan\u2019dan 5 \u00fcniversitenin rekt\u00f6rleri kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Program kapsam\u0131nda \u201cMedeniyet Tarihine Hasredilmi\u015f Panel\u201d isimli kapan\u0131\u015f paneli ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.
