{"id":2874,"date":"2022-05-14T07:17:46","date_gmt":"2022-05-14T07:17:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elbistanhabermerkezi.com\/?p=2874"},"modified":"2022-05-14T07:17:46","modified_gmt":"2022-05-14T07:17:46","slug":"baskan-gurbuz-tasinmazlarla-ilgili-soruna-nester-vuracagiz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elbistanhabermerkezi.com\/index.php\/2022\/05\/14\/baskan-gurbuz-tasinmazlarla-ilgili-soruna-nester-vuracagiz\/","title":{"rendered":"Ba\u015fkan G\u00fcrb\u00fcz: \u201cTa\u015f\u0131nmazlarla ilgili soruna ne\u015fter vuraca\u011f\u0131z\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2604\" src=\"https:\/\/elbistanhabermerkezi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/suvarianigif.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"500\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Elbistan Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mehmet G\u00fcrb\u00fcz, m\u00fclkiyeti vatanda\u015flara ait olan ve \u00e7e\u015fitli altyap\u0131 ile imar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 nedeniyle yol, park ve kamu binas\u0131 ve sosyal donat\u0131 alanlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde kalan ta\u015f\u0131nmazlarla ilgili sorunlar\u0131, takas y\u00f6ntemi ile \u00e7\u00f6zme gayretinde olduklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Yakla\u015f\u0131k 50 y\u0131ld\u0131r s\u00fcren bu sorunun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc noktas\u0131nda Belediye Meclisi\u2019nden \u00e7\u0131kacak onay\u0131 beklediklerini vurgulayan Ba\u015fkan G\u00fcrb\u00fcz, \u201cVatanda\u015f odakl\u0131 belediyecili\u011fin en g\u00fczel \u00f6rneklerinden birini daha hayata ge\u00e7irmek istiyoruz\u201d dedi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Elbistan Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mehmet G\u00fcrb\u00fcz, kentte bir\u00e7ok vatanda\u015f\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131nmazlar\u0131 ile ilgili olarak yakla\u015f\u0131k 50 y\u0131l \u00f6ncesine dayanan ma\u011fduriyet sorununa ne\u015fter vurmak istediklerini dile getirdi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u0130l\u00e7ede m\u00fclkiyeti vatanda\u015flara ait arsa ve arazilerin, imar plan\u0131nda yol, park, mesire alan\u0131, okul alan\u0131 gibi sosyal donat\u0131 ve teknik alt yap\u0131 alanlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatan Ba\u015fkan G\u00fcrb\u00fcz, bunun sonucunda da ihtilaf ve ma\u011fduriyet ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatt\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Bu ma\u011fduriyete \u00e7are bulma ad\u0131na hak sahiplerine belediyeye ait ta\u015f\u0131nmazlarla takas \u00f6nerisinde bulunduklar\u0131n\u0131n bilgisini veren Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mehmet G\u00fcrb\u00fcz, bu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n da vatanda\u015flardan b\u00fcy\u00fck ilgi g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc anlatt\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00c7ok say\u0131da vatanda\u015f\u0131n ba\u015fvuru yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Ba\u015fkan G\u00fcrb\u00fcz, bununla ilgili de Belediye Meclisi\u2019nin karar\u0131 sonras\u0131nda harekete ge\u00e7eceklerini vurgulad\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ba\u015fkan G\u00fcrb\u00fcz, \u201c\u0130l\u00e7emizde uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r s\u00fcren bu sorunla ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z\u0131 Ocak ay\u0131 meclisi onay\u0131na sunduk ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar devam ediyor.
