Kuzey \u0130l\u00e7eler Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 koordinesinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda Dr. Devlet Bah\u00e7eli Bulvar\u0131\u2019nda ba\u015flat\u0131lan asfalt seriminde \u00f6nemli bir a\u015fama geride b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131. Elbistan\u2019da P\u0131narba\u015f\u0131 Mesire Alan\u0131, \u00e7e\u015fitli kamu kurumlar\u0131 ve Malatya Yolu\u2019na ula\u015f\u0131m sa\u011flayan Dr. Devlet Bah\u00e7eli Bulvar\u0131\u2019nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda toplam 2,6 kilometrelik g\u00fczerg\u00e2h yenilenecek. Ekiplerin yo\u011fun mesaisiyle s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen asfalt serim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda yolun yar\u0131s\u0131na gelindi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1,3 Kilometrelik K\u0131s\u0131m Tamamland\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda bulvar\u0131n 1,3 kilometrelik b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00e7ift y\u00f6nl\u00fc olarak s\u0131cak asfaltla kaplanarak ula\u015f\u0131ma a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. B\u00f6ylece g\u00fczerg\u00e2h\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k yar\u0131s\u0131nda asfalt imalat\u0131 tamamlan\u0131rken, ekipler kalan 1,3 kilometrelik b\u00f6l\u00fcmde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131yla birlikte Dr. Devlet Bah\u00e7eli Bulvar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n mevcut ula\u015f\u0131m standard\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde y\u00fckseltilmesi hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Yaya G\u00fcvenli\u011fi de G\u00fc\u00e7lendirilecek<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Projede yaln\u0131zca ara\u00e7 trafi\u011fine y\u00f6nelik asfalt yenilemesi yap\u0131lmayacak. Asfalt seriminin ard\u0131ndan bulvar\u0131n yaya ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 daha g\u00fcvenli, konforlu ve eri\u015filebilir hale getirmek amac\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f yollar\u0131n\u0131n imalat\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra g\u00fczerg\u00e2h \u00fczerindeki mevcut ayd\u0131nlatma elemanlar\u0131 da modernize edilecek. B\u00f6ylece bulvar\u0131n \u00f6zellikle ak\u015fam ve gece saatlerinde daha g\u00fcvenli bir ula\u015f\u0131m aks\u0131 haline getirilmesi sa\u011flanacak. Y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f yollar\u0131 ve ayd\u0131nlatma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan g\u00fczerg\u00e2hta son kat asfalt serimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek.
