B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Kuzey \u0130l\u00e7eler Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nca Elbistan\u2019da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda P\u0131narba\u015f\u0131, Tepeba\u015f\u0131, Hac\u0131 Esat Efendi, K\u00fcmbet ve Darende caddelerinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen asfalt uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan \u015fimdi de Dr. Devlet Bah\u00e7eli Bulvar\u0131\u2019nda s\u0131cak asfalt serimine ba\u015fland\u0131. P\u0131narba\u015f\u0131 Mesire Alan\u0131, \u00e7e\u015fitli kamu kurumlar\u0131 ve Malatya Yolu\u2019na ula\u015f\u0131m sa\u011flayan 2,5 kilometrelik bulvar, \u00f6zellikle b\u00f6lgedeki ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n \u00f6nemli ba\u011flant\u0131 noktalar\u0131ndan biri olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n ilk etab\u0131nda mevcut g\u00fczerg\u00e2hta s\u0131cak asfalt serimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek. B\u00f6ylece yolun \u00fcstyap\u0131s\u0131 yenilenerek s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ve ula\u015f\u0131m konforunun art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Bulvar\u0131n Yaya ve Ayd\u0131nlatma Altyap\u0131s\u0131 da Yenilenecek<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dr. Devlet Bah\u00e7eli Bulvar\u0131\u2019nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yaln\u0131zca s\u0131cak asfalt serimiyle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalmayacak. Projenin ikinci etab\u0131nda bulvar\u0131n yaya ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 daha g\u00fcvenli ve konforlu hale getirmek amac\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f yollar\u0131n\u0131n imalat\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra caddede bulunan ayd\u0131nlatma elemanlar\u0131 da modernize edilecek. B\u00f6ylece bulvar\u0131n hem ara\u00e7 hem de yaya ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan daha g\u00fcvenli, konforlu ve modern bir g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcme kavu\u015fturulmas\u0131 sa\u011flanacak. Y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f yollar\u0131 ve ayd\u0131nlatma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan g\u00fczerg\u00e2hta son kat asfalt serimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek.
