Vatanda\u015flara daha g\u00fcvenli, konforlu ve modern ula\u015f\u0131m imk\u00e2n\u0131 sunmak amac\u0131yla yol yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131ran B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, Elbistan\u2019da da kapsaml\u0131 asfalt \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 bir bir hayata ge\u00e7iriyor. Kuzey \u0130l\u00e7eler Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 koordinesinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda il\u00e7enin \u00f6nemli ula\u015f\u0131m arterlerinden P\u0131narba\u015f\u0131 Caddesi\u2019nde tamamlanan ilk etab\u0131n ard\u0131ndan \u015fimdi de Hac\u0131 Esat Efendi Caddesi\u2019nde kapsaml\u0131 bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130l\u00e7e merkezinin en yo\u011fun kullan\u0131lan g\u00fczerg\u00e2hlar\u0131ndan biri olan cadde, modern ve dayan\u0131kl\u0131 bir ula\u015f\u0131m altyap\u0131s\u0131na kavu\u015fturuluyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Rezerv Alanlar\u0131n Ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131na G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc Destek<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">6 \u015eubat depremlerinin ard\u0131ndan Elbistan\u2019da olu\u015fturulan rezerv alanlar\u0131n ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan en \u00f6nemli g\u00fczerg\u00e2hlardan biri olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan Hac\u0131 Esat Efendi Caddesi, yeni yerle\u015fim alanlar\u0131na eri\u015fimde kritik bir rol \u00fcstleniyor. Bu nedenle arterde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yaln\u0131zca mevcut ula\u015f\u0131m konforunu art\u0131rmakla kalmayacak, ayn\u0131 zamanda b\u00f6lgenin geli\u015fen yerle\u015fim dokusuna da \u00f6nemli katk\u0131lar sa\u011flayacak. Zemin haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan ekipler s\u0131cak asfalt serimine ba\u015flad\u0131. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda toplam 3 kilometre uzunlu\u011fa ve ortalama 20 metre geni\u015fli\u011fe sahip cadde ba\u015ftan sona yenilenecek. B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen proje \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde caddeye toplam 15 bin ton s\u0131cak asfalt serilecek. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 50 Milyon TL maliyetle hayata ge\u00e7irilen yat\u0131r\u0131m sayesinde Hac\u0131 Esat Efendi Caddesi daha dayan\u0131kl\u0131, g\u00fcvenli ve uzun \u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc bir ula\u015f\u0131m aks\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fecek. Ekipler ilk etapta 3 kilometrelik g\u00fczerg\u00e2h boyunca s\u0131cak asfalt serimini tamamlayarak yolu k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede yeniden ula\u015f\u0131ma a\u00e7may\u0131 hedefliyor. B\u00f6ylece vatanda\u015flar\u0131n g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fam\u0131 ve trafik ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00fczerindeki etkiler en aza indirilecek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u0130kinci Etapta Kapsaml\u0131 \u00dcstyap\u0131 D\u00fczenlemeleri Yap\u0131lacak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Projenin ikinci a\u015famas\u0131nda ise cadde yaln\u0131zca asfalt\u0131yla de\u011fil, t\u00fcm \u00fcstyap\u0131 unsurlar\u0131yla modern bir g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcme kavu\u015facak. Bu kapsamda y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f yollar\u0131 in\u015fa edilecek, kav\u015fak d\u00fczenlemeleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek ve ayd\u0131nlatma elemanlar\u0131n\u0131n montaj\u0131 yap\u0131lacak.
