Program\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 ise \u0130\u0130BF Dekan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Ali Haluk P\u0131nar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>S\u00f6yle\u015fi kapsam\u0131nda \u00f6ncelikle \u00f6zge\u00e7mi\u015fi hakk\u0131nda bilgiler veren Kaymakam Salih \u00c7i\u011fdem, e\u011fitim s\u00fcreci, i\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131 ve kaymakaml\u0131k s\u0131navlar\u0131na haz\u0131rlan\u0131rken edindi\u011fi tecr\u00fcbeleri kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131larla payla\u015ft\u0131. Kaymakam \u00c7i\u011fdem, \u00f6\u011frencilere hitaben yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmada \u201cBu etkinlikten akl\u0131n\u0131zda kalacak tek bir c\u00fcmle varsa o da \u015fu olmal\u0131d\u0131r: Ne olmak istedi\u011finize \u015fimdiden karar verip \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma plan\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 ona g\u00f6re yapman\u0131z gerekir.\u201d dedi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Kaymakam \u00c7i\u011fdem ayr\u0131ca m\u00fclki idare amirli\u011fi mesle\u011finin t\u00fcm a\u015famalar\u0131na ili\u015fkin bilgi vererek s\u0131nava haz\u0131rl\u0131k, kaymakam refikli\u011fi d\u00f6nemi, yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 deneyimi ile meslek hayat\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan zorluklara dair deneyimlerini \u00f6\u011frencilerle payla\u015ft\u0131.
