Elbistan\u2019da merkez ve k\u0131rsal mahalle ay\u0131rt etmeksizin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen yol iyile\u015ftirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda, G\u00fcbl\u00fcce Mahallesi\u2019ni Elbistan \u2013 Ekin\u00f6z\u00fc Karayolu\u2019na ba\u011flayan 3 kilometrelik arterde kapsaml\u0131 bir yenileme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Kuzey \u0130l\u00e7eler Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 koordinesinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda, arter \u00fczerinde zamanla tahrip olan ve ula\u015f\u0131mda konforu olumsuz etkileyen k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131n bak\u0131m ve onar\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131. Altyap\u0131 iyile\u015ftirmelerinin tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan yolun tamam\u0131na ikinci kat sathi kaplama uyguland\u0131.
