Bu kapsamda Kuzey \u0130l\u00e7eler Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 koordinesinde Elbistan\u2019da da yo\u011fun bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma temposu izleniyor. \u0130l\u00e7eye ba\u011fl\u0131 k\u0131rsal mahallelerin il\u00e7e merkeziyle ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan yollar tek tek yenilenirken, \u00f6zellikle vatanda\u015flar\u0131n s\u0131k kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fczerg\u00e2hlar \u00f6ncelikli olarak ele al\u0131n\u0131yor. Son olarak Yaprakl\u0131, Izg\u0131n, Karah\u00fcy\u00fck ve G\u00fcvercinlik mahallelerini Elbistan merkezine ba\u011flayan yakla\u015f\u0131k 6 kilometrelik grup yolunda kapsaml\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Mevcutta kullan\u0131m \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc tamamlayan ve yer yer deforme olan yol kesimlerinde bak\u0131m ve onar\u0131m i\u015flemleri tamamland\u0131. Ard\u0131ndan g\u00fczerg\u00e2hta ikinci kat sathi kaplama uygulamas\u0131yla yol daha dayan\u0131kl\u0131 ve konforlu hale getirildi.
