Demira\u011f, sunumunda Osmanl\u0131 Devleti\u2019nde ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de istatistik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131na de\u011finerek, 1831 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131lan ilk n\u00fcfus say\u0131m\u0131ndan, 25 Nisan 1926 tarihinde Ba\u015fvekalet\u2019e ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak kurulan Merkezi \u0130statistik Dairesi\u2019nin faaliyetlerine kadar uzanan s\u00fcreci kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131larla payla\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Konu\u015fmas\u0131nda, 28 Ekim 1927 tarihinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen Cumhuriyet\u2019in ilk n\u00fcfus say\u0131m\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye n\u00fcfusunun 13.648.270, Kahramanmara\u015f\u2019\u0131n ise 186.855 oldu\u011funu belirten Demira\u011f, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde T\u00dc\u0130K\u2019in Hazine ve Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak faaliyetlerine devam etti\u011fini ifade etti. 2007 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana uygulanan Adrese Dayal\u0131 N\u00fcfus Kay\u0131t Sistemi sayesinde her y\u0131l\u0131n \u015eubat ay\u0131nda n\u00fcfus verilerinin g\u00fcncel olarak kamuoyuna a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Demira\u011f ayr\u0131ca T\u00dc\u0130K\u2019in 26 b\u00f6lge m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile iktisadi, sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel alanlardaki t\u00fcm verileri derleyip yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131. Sunumunda, 6 \u015eubat 2023 tarihinde ya\u015fanan ve \u201casr\u0131n felaketi\u201d olarak an\u0131lan depremlerin b\u00f6lge n\u00fcfusu \u00fczerindeki etkilerine de de\u011finen Demira\u011f, Kahramanmara\u015f\u2019\u0131n 2022\u2019deki 1.177.136 olan n\u00fcfusunun, 2023\u2019te 1.116.618\u2019e, 2024\u2019te ise 1.134.105 ki\u015fiye d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc aktard\u0131.
