Zemin kat in\u015faat\u0131n\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan birinci kat in\u015faat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Projemiz, toplamda 40 adet 2+1 daire ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 85 metre kare b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde konutlardan olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Dairelerimiz, vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za tamamen \u00fccretsiz olarak teslim edilmesi planlanmaktad\u0131r.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Bu proje, belediyemizin mevcut d\u00f6nem ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcresince ba\u015flat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve \u00f6zellikle dar gelirli vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ya\u015fam kalitesini art\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla h\u0131zla ilerlemektedir. Projemize g\u00f6sterilen yo\u011fun ilgi, 2 bin 416 ba\u015fvuru ile kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k bulmu\u015f ve hak sahiplerinin belirlenmesi i\u00e7in 15 Mart&#8217;ta noter huzurunda yap\u0131lmas\u0131 planlanan \u00e7ekili\u015f, 31 Mart&#8217;taki yerel y\u00f6netim se\u00e7imleri nedeniyle Nisan ay\u0131na ertelenmi\u015ftir.\u201d<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Projenin, b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir belediyelerince \u00fcstlenilecek boyutta oldu\u011funa de\u011finilen a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u201cElbistan&#8217;\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n 150 bin n\u00fcfuslu m\u00fctevazi b\u00fct\u00e7esi ve ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz d\u00f6nemde ya\u015fanan b\u00fcy\u00fck depremin ard\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan zorluklarla m\u00fccadele ederken, ayn\u0131 zamanda dar gelirli vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik projeler geli\u015ftirmek bizim i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehirlerin devasa b\u00fct\u00e7eleriyle dahi hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi zor olan bu projemiz, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin en b\u00fcy\u00fck sosyal konut projelerinden biri olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Yeni g\u00f6rev alan arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n da deste\u011fiyle, projemizi ba\u015far\u0131yla tamamlayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131za olan inanc\u0131m\u0131z tamd\u0131r.
