Geni\u015f kat\u0131l\u0131ml\u0131 konsens\u00fcs\u00fcn olabildi\u011fince sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu kapsaml\u0131 plan, Elbistan il\u00e7esinin geli\u015fimini ve vatanda\u015flar\u0131n haklar\u0131n\u0131 koruyacak \u015fekilde tasarland\u0131. Plan, \u00f6zellikle mahkeme kararlar\u0131 ve eski uyu\u015fmazl\u0131klar\u0131nda \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcne odaklan\u0131yor. \u0130n\u015fallah Nisan ay\u0131 ile birlikte \u015fehrimiz adeta \u015fantiye alan\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fecek.
