Ba\u015fkan G\u00fcrb\u00fcz, \u201cG\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir Elbistan\u2019\u0131 bug\u00fcnden in\u015fa ediyoruz\u201d dedi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Yeni yap\u0131 ruhsat\u0131ndan orta hasarl\u0131 bina g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme ruhsat\u0131na kadar yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 tek tek kamuoyu ile payla\u015fan Ba\u015fkan Mehmet G\u00fcrb\u00fcz, \u201cG\u00fc\u00e7lenen alt yap\u0131 ve yenilenen \u00e7ehresi ile Elbistan\u2019\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011fil, yeniden in\u015fa edildi\u011fi bir y\u0131l olarak tarihe ge\u00e7ecek\u201d s\u00f6zlerine vurgu yapt\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>6 \u015eubat depreminden bug\u00fcne kadar yap\u0131lan t\u00fcm yap\u0131 ruhsat\u0131 ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131n sonu\u00e7land\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Ba\u015fkan G\u00fcrb\u00fcz, onay bekleyen hi\u00e7bir yap\u0131 ruhsat\u0131n\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ba\u015fkan G\u00fcrb\u00fcz yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u201c2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z asr\u0131n felaketi 6 \u015eubat depremi sonras\u0131 iyile\u015fme ve yeniden yap\u0131lanma s\u00fcrecinde \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlar att\u0131k. G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir Elbistan\u2019\u0131 asl\u0131nda bug\u00fcnden in\u015fa ediyoruz. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te, 237 adet yeni yap\u0131 ruhsat\u0131, 114 orta hasarl\u0131 binan\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme i\u015flemleri, 45 adet y\u0131k\u0131lan ya da yanan yap\u0131n\u0131n yeniden in\u015fa ruhsat\u0131 d\u00fczenlendi. Ek olarak, 25 adet yerinde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesi de bu d\u00f6nem i\u00e7erisinde ruhsatland\u0131r\u0131larak, b\u00f6lgenin modern ve g\u00fcvenli ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcne ivme kazand\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. \u015eu an onay bekleyen hi\u00e7bir yap\u0131 ruhsat ba\u015fvurusu bulunmamaktad\u0131r. Toplamda, 421 adet ruhsat\u0131n verildi\u011fi bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, Elbistan&#8217;\u0131n sadece fiziksel olarak de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda toplumsal ve ekonomik olarak da g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesine katk\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131. Bu projeler, sadece yap\u0131sal g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmelerle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalmay\u0131p, sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel altyap\u0131y\u0131 da geli\u015ftirmeyi ama\u00e7l\u0131yor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2023 Elbistan\u2019\u0131n yeniden in\u015fa edildi\u011fi bir y\u0131l olarak tarihe ge\u00e7ecek.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Altyap\u0131 ile ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir belediyemizin KASK\u0130 idaresi taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor. KASK\u0130 M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz Esentepe, Tepeba\u015f\u0131 ve Bah\u00e7elievler mahallelerimizde alt yap\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 tamamlad\u0131. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla merkezdeki 14 mahallemizin \u00fc\u00e7\u00fc tamamland\u0131, di\u011fer 11 mahallemizle ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarsa \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki g\u00fcnlerde diyebilirim. KASK\u0130 genel m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz Nisan ay\u0131 ile birlikte alt yap\u0131ya da ba\u015flayacak. Biz altyap\u0131dan \u00fcst yap\u0131ya, sosyal donat\u0131ya, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel yap\u0131lara, rekreasyon yap\u0131lar\u0131na, spor yap\u0131lar\u0131na var\u0131ncaya kadar \u015fehrimizi yeniden her alanda planl\u0131yor ve aya\u011fa kald\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. G\u00fc\u00e7lenen alt yap\u0131 ve yenilenen \u00e7ehresi ile Elbistan 2023\u2019te y\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011fil, yeniden in\u015fa edildi\u011fi bir y\u0131l olarak tarihe ge\u00e7ecek.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>4 y\u0131lda 840 yap\u0131 ruhsat\u0131 d\u00fczenlendi, hi\u00e7bir binada y\u0131k\u0131m ve \u00f6l\u00fcm olmad\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>G\u00f6reve geldi\u011fimiz 2019 y\u0131l\u0131ndan 2023 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar toplam 840 adet yap\u0131 ruhsat\u0131 d\u00fczenledik. Hamdolsun deprem \u00f6ncesi ruhsat verdi\u011fimiz hi\u00e7bir binada ne y\u0131k\u0131m ne de \u00f6l\u00fcm ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, Elbistan&#8217;\u0131n sadece bug\u00fcn\u00fcne de\u011fil, gelece\u011fine de yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmam\u0131z\u0131n bir g\u00f6stergesi. Vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ve refah\u0131 i\u00e7in durmaks\u0131z\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya devam edece\u011fiz.
