Biz, vatanda\u015f \u00f6ncelikli bir karar ald\u0131k, bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zla g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcp bu inisiyatifi belediye olarak y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyoruz. Elbistan\u2019da en b\u00fcy\u00fck sorun, bar\u0131nma sorunu. Onun i\u00e7in vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za yakla\u015f\u0131k 2 ay \u00f6nce \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131da bulunduk ve m\u00fcracaatlar\u0131 almaya ba\u015flad\u0131k. Onlara rehberlik edip yol g\u00f6steriyoruz ve \u015funu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyoruz; Yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131zla ilgili mevcut y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckteki mevzuat h\u00fck\u00fcmleri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde tedbirlerinizi al\u0131n, yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yap\u0131n, belediyemize incelemeleri yap\u0131lmak \u00fczere belediyemize teslim edin. Biz, belediye olarak kendi m\u00fchendislerimiz, yap\u0131 denetim firmalar\u0131m\u0131z, odalar\u0131m\u0131zla birlikte hareket ediyoruz. \u015eu an bize teslim edilen projeler belediyemiz taraf\u0131ndan inceleniyor, ilk incelemeler sonucunda, 125 adet yeni yap\u0131 ruhsat\u0131 verdik. 28 adette orta hasarl\u0131 binalarda g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme ruhsat\u0131 verdik. Biz depremin izlerini unutturacak ne varsa canla ba\u015fla \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Elbistan da \u0130marla ilgili herhangi bir k\u0131s\u0131tlamam\u0131z yok.
