Kuzey \u0130l\u00e7eleri Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019nca etaplar halinde s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla tamamlanan k\u0131s\u0131mlar s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerin b\u00fcy\u00fck be\u011fenisini kazan\u0131rken, kalan b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerin de k\u0131sa s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde tamamlanmas\u0131yla b\u00f6lgede ula\u015f\u0131m standard\u0131 \u00fcst seviyeye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lacak. B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019nden yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, il\u00e7ede ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n iyile\u015ftirilmesi noktas\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n artarak
