Elbistan Belediyesi, deprem sonras\u0131nda \u015fehrin yeniden aya\u011fa kalkmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in \u2018Yerinde D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u2019 projesi \u00e7er\u00e7evesindeki ilk ruhsat\u0131 \u015eof\u00f6rler ve Otomobilciler Odas\u0131\u2019na verdi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mehmet G\u00fcrb\u00fcz, \u201cVerdi\u011fimiz bu ruhsat, i\u015faret fi\u015fe\u011fi oldu\u201d dedi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00c7evre \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n depremzedeler i\u00e7in ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u2018Yerinde D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u2019 projesiyle ilgili s\u00fcre\u00e7, Elbistan\u2019da di\u011fer afet b\u00f6lgelerine nazaran daha h\u0131zl\u0131 ilerliyor. Afetzedeler, kendi evlerini ve i\u015fyerlerini yeniden yapabilmek i\u00e7in projeden yararlanma noktas\u0131nda \u00e7aba g\u00f6steriyor. K\u0131ymetli ba\u015fkan\u0131m ve y\u00f6netim kurulu, binalar\u0131n\u0131 yeniden aya\u011fa kald\u0131rmak i\u00e7in projelerini haz\u0131rlad\u0131lar. Bize de m\u00fcracaatlar\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131lar. Elbistan Belediyesi olarak ruhsatlar\u0131n\u0131 verdik. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki g\u00fcnlerde Yerinde D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesi \u00e7er\u00e7evesindeki ilk temeli Elbistan \u015eof\u00f6rler ve Otomobilciler Odam\u0131z i\u00e7in ataca\u011f\u0131z. Depremin etkisini bir an \u00f6nce silmek i\u00e7in bu s\u00fcreci ba\u015flatan ba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131za ve y\u00f6netimine te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Elbistan Belediyesi olarak Yerinde D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesine \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck ettiklerine de\u011finen G\u00fcrb\u00fcz, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u201cH\u00fck\u00fcmetimizin ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 Yerinde D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesini destekleme noktas\u0131nda yerel idare olarak \u00fczerimize d\u00fc\u015feni en iyi \u015fekilde yapmaya gayret ediyoruz. Yerinde D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projeleri ile ilgili \u00f6nc\u00fc belediyelerden biri olduk. \u00d6zellikle, \u015fehrimizdeki ekonomik sekt\u00f6r sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n, Ticaret ve Sanayi Odam\u0131z\u0131n hepsinin ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 m\u00fcracaatlar\u0131 oldu. \u015eehrin yeniden aya\u011fa kalkmas\u0131 ile ilgili ilk olarak kamu kurumlar\u0131m\u0131z ve STK\u2019lar\u0131m\u0131z inisiyatif ald\u0131.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Vatanda\u015flar\u0131n da projeden yararlanma noktas\u0131nda yo\u011fun ba\u015fvurusu oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatan G\u00fcrb\u00fcz, \u201dEn h\u0131zl\u0131 \u015fekilde aya\u011fa kalkan kent olarak g\u00f6rece\u011fiz.\u201d\u00d6zel sekt\u00f6rde de konutlar\u0131 ve i\u015fyerleri y\u0131k\u0131lan vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zdan da Yerinde D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesi ile ilgili \u00e7ok say\u0131da talep al\u0131yoruz. \u0130n\u015fallah ilk temeli \u015eof\u00f6rler ve Otomobilciler Odas\u0131 ile ataca\u011f\u0131z. Odam\u0131z\u0131n bu ruhsat\u0131 almas\u0131n\u0131n akabinde in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fc ile ilgili de g\u00fczel haberlerin pe\u015f pe\u015fe gelece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Verdi\u011fimiz ruhsat, bu anlamda i\u015faret fi\u015fe\u011fimiz oldu. Biz, bu hususlarda vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za gerekli kolayl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131z.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Elbistan \u015eof\u00f6rler ve Otomobilciler Odas\u0131 Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Cemil \u015eahin de; Ba\u015fkan G\u00fcrb\u00fcz\u2019e te\u015fekk\u00fcr ederek, \u201cYerinde D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm i\u00e7in Elbistan Belediyemize ba\u015fvurduk. Elbistan Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z bizlere \u00e7ok yard\u0131mc\u0131 oldu. Kendilerine te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum. En k\u0131sa zamanda binam\u0131z\u0131n in\u015faat\u0131na ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131z in\u015fallah.
